Terri Morris, a Maryland native, received her baccalaureate and doctoral degrees in Microbiology before entering The George Washington University School of Medicine in 1982. Dr. Morris completed her residency in dermatology at Brooke Army Medical Center in San Antonio, Texas in 1992. Dr. Morris completed her military service as a staff dermatologist at Evans Army Community

Hospital in Colorado Springs, Colorado. She then practiced medical and surgical dermatology with a multi-specialty group in Garden City, Kansas before moving to Fredericksburg with her husband and two sons in 1998. Dr. Morris' practice now includes medical, surgical and cosmetic dermatology. The

Dermatology Center owns five state of the art lasers to treat a wide range of medical and cosmetic conditions. Dr. Morris also offers Thermage and Fraxel for skin tightening and resurfacing as well as the Blu-U or Intense Pulsed light for medical and cosmetic photofacials. Some of the problems addressed in the laser clinic include port wine stains, rosacea, acne and acne scarring, spider veins, wrinkles and sun damage.

Dr. Morris is a member of the American Academy of Dermatology and the American Society of Laser Medicine and Surgery. She has been a speaker for one of the most respected laser companies in the United States.

Molly Warthan, M.D.

Dr. Warthan joined The Dermatology Center in October 2009, after completing her residency at Eastern Virginia Medical School located in Norfolk, Virginia. As a native of Nacogdoches, Texas she received her bachelor of science degree in Biology from Southern Methodist University in 2000 and her Doctor of Medicine from the University of Texas in 2004. Dr. Warthan is a member of the American Academy of Dermatology, American Society of Dermatologic Surgery as well as the American Medical Association.







Mike Sabol, (PA-C)
Mike Sabol is a certified physician assistant and has been with The Dermatology Center since 2001. A native of Winchester, VA, Mike received a Bachelor of Science degree in Exercise Science from George Mason University and his Master's degree in Physician Assistant Studies in 2001. Mike has trained extensively in the diagnosis and treatment of skin diseases, including dermatologic surgery.





Kelly Bonner, (PA-C)

Kelly Bonner is a certified physician assistant that joined The Dermatology Center in 2008 from North Miami Beach with her husband and two children. As a native of south Florida Kelly recieved her Bachelorate degree from Nova Southeast Univertsity. She has been a Physician Assistant serving the dermatology speciality for over 8 years.


Sandy Pickard, MA, Cosmetic Consultant and Laser Specialist
Sandy has 17 years of medical experience and has been employed at The Dermatology Center since 2001. She has provided laser treatments with Dr. Morris for five years and has been a clinical nurse instructor for one of the most respected laser companies in the United States. Sandy provides consultation on all of the lasers used at glowMD Laser MedSpa. She also consults for Botox, Restylane, Juvederm, Intense Pulsed Light and other procedures performed in the cosmetic center. Sandy specializes in utilization of the SmoohBeam laser in the treatment of acne, acne scarring and fine lines; laser hair removal with the GentleLASE laser and the GentleYAG laser, and treatment of angiomas and rosacea with the V Beam Laser.

Jessica Vass, Licensed Aesthetician

Jessica joined GlowMD in May 2009, she has been in the beauty field for a little over 4 years now. Jessica provides clients a relaxing enviroment with a gentle touch. She specializes in customized facials, chemical peels, Jane Iredale Mineral Make up and Microdermabrasion.



Courtney Gray, Practice Manager



Courtney has been with The Dermatology Center and GlowMD Laser MedSpa since 2006, and has been in the healthcare industry for eight years with a background of finance and medical billing. Courtney is the liason between patients and providers, specializing in marketing and customer service. Many of you may have met her as our representative for local chairity and community events.
